Originally from Britain, Katie is a world traveler and has enjoyed exploring the far-reaching corners of Canada. Katie is also a yoga teacher and has 10 years of experience teaching for studios across New Zealand and Ontario. Katie fell in love with the profession of Osteopathy due to its empowering patient-centered approach to healing. Katie prides herself on being warm and personable and will take time to understand your health history, concerns, and goals.
Education
Katie has successfully completed a comprehensive four-year osteopathic education program from The Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Her studies have provided her with a classical and principle-based understanding of osteopathic thinking, assessment and treatment.
Experience
Katie has completed +4200 hours of clinical, hands-on practice, and instruction from experts in the profession of Osteopathy.
Memberships
Katie is a member of Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN) and it's provincial affiliate, the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA). Katie holds good standing in Educational and Professional Standards, as well as Standards in Practice set by OSTCAN.
